New Mobile Homes
All residents of Gregory Meadows at Belvoir own their homes. The park does not rent mobile homes--and we do not offer rent to own--but we do sell and finance new ones all year long, and occasionally we sell used mobile homes already set into position at the park. We sell three-bedroom, two-bath new single wides at our cost: We pay to have them manufactured, shipped to the park, set into position, and hooked up (electrical and plumbing). All you have to do is move in! Right now a new mobile home costs just $34,500, and that includes the cost of the required permits (a fee we pay to Pitt County). All our new mobiles are manufactured to Wind Zone 1.
We Will Lend You the Money to Buy a New Home
We will loan you the money to get into your own NEW home. Our financing program is very attractive--more affordable than any bank. Reasonably good credit with a 10 percent down payment can make you a homeowner.
