Lot Lease Only 

Residents at both parks own their homes. Rentals are not available. 

• Gregory Meadows: $315 per month lot rent includes water and weekly trash pickup. 
• Carolina Breeze: $345 per month lot rent includes trash pickup. Residents pay for their water via individual meter; they receive a monthly bill from the GUC.
• Electricity is provided by Greenville Utilities Commission at both parks and is not included in the lot rent at either park.

 After you submit your signed application and pay for a credit check (about $40), you will be contacted by the park’s management office, Connelly Properties, LLC who will speak with you about your application and next steps to homeownership 

 Some of our vacant, ready to move-in mobile homes are already set in place and cannot be moved. But we still have a few empty lots just waiting for your mobile to be moved in. Or, if you prefer to purchase a mobile home from the park, you can choose where you want the mobile to be set up.
