• In an emergency, such as fire or if you need immediate police presence, please call 911.
• Trash is collected every Tuesday morning. Please use the bins provided. The following items must never be put out for collection:

                       Paint                                                                 Yard Debris

                       Motor Oil                                                          Tree Stumps

                       Dirt/Soil                                                            Hazardous or Toxic Waste

• Rent is due on the first of each month; cash is not accepted; check or money order is OK. You can pay in person at Connelly Properties’ office during business hours or mail your check to the address above.
• Well water testing results will be posted to this Web site regularly. You can view them by clicking on the Water Tests/Consumer Confidence button on the right side of the home page.
