Gregory Meadows Mobile Home Park and Carolina Breeze Mobile Home Park are located about 4 miles from the city limits of Greenville, N.C. Both parks are quiet, older, and offer very large lots for privacy and room to recreate. Gregory Meadows is near the intersection of U.S. Route 264 and N.C. State Highway 33, across from Belvoir Elementary School. Carolina Breeze is located 2 miles northwest from Gregory Meadows right off of 33.

Family Friendly Pet Policy
We understand that pets are family too. Our goal is to make your home feel truly like home—and that includes your four-legged companions. While we gladly welcome pets, we do have a few important guidelines in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our residents.
- Pets must remain indoors unless they are on a leash or in an approved dog run.
- Free-roaming animals are not permitted at any time.
- Any pet found running loose will be taken to a shelter.
- Pet owners are responsible to clean up after their animals, whether on their own property or anywhere within the community grounds.
- Individual lots are so large that they can accommodate small chicken coops--some of our residents take advantage of this benefit.
Restricted Breeds
For the safety of all residents, certain breeds and breed mixes are strictly prohibited. These include Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, wolf hybrids, and any breeds known for aggressive behavior or with a history of biting.
